Triangles #1 (via Gotinzo)
Just because I’m currently watching the mystery drama Triangle. It’s pretty good and is way more professional and interesting than the the barrage of teen dramas bombarding the screens nowadays (ok, I sound like the ‘uncool boring old blablabla’. So what if I am?) Though I have plans to watch romcom dramas, in the end, I still like those with a little bit lot of detective/mystery/suspense better. Can’t wait to see the rest.

Watching now.

Just watched a few days ago.
I’ve been drowning myself in entertainment lately. I feel very, very thankful indeed that despite having no decent full-time job at the moment, I’m able to spend my time in escapism which I can justify as being productive. (I mean, watching Japanese drama = improving my Japanese and in this case getting my dose of eye candy in the form of Tackey & Ryo; watching Harry Potter = just doing what a normal kid/HP fan would do, or rather, to inspire me into actually doing things. If nothing else, I’m inspired to start writing more. After I’m finished with the dramas, that is.)
More on Orthros no Inu: The plot itself is actually based on the tried-and-tested combi of the good guy ‘cursed’ with a fatal power, the bad guy ‘blessed’ with the power to save the world, and the ensuing struggles of morality between the two. I’m pretty sure Ryo (the good guy) will throw in the towel and turn bad, somehow (albeit unwillingly and later in desperation, probably) and that Tackey (the bad guy) will somehow be forced to be the reluctant hero. Something like that. Just my guess. It’s still airing now and even though in my opinion it doesn’t live up to its billing of being a ‘speedy suspense’ (well, it’s a Japanese drama after all) and that Ryo looks way too young to be a homeroom teacher, I’ll root for the two leads because of the actors.

Haa, I miss those two in Long Vacation. I bet I would have a different feeling if I watch the show again.
